Of Luaus and Lechons...






A luau is a Hawaiian feast and a lechon is what we call a roasted pig in the Philippines. And thanks to a good friend Richard who sponsored a summer luau at the Hyatt, his friends and guests enjoyed the kalua food, especially the kalua pig prepared by the Hyatt chef, Mr. Oh.


A truly enjoyable Hawaiian night of friends, food and fun!


Thanks, Richard! I was able to truly enjoy the lechon, er, kalua pig, having a taste of lechon even though I was away from home...Burp!
